In New Zealand a holiday cottage in the South Island is known as a Crib and in the North Island as a Bach, hence our name “The Beach Bach.” The original farm cottage is tucked away on a 450 acre coastal farm on Waiheke Island, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, with no public road access to the bay.
The farm enjoys riparian rights along its seaward boundary and the cottage sits right at the waters edge facing East. It has been completely restored and redecorated with modern designer furnishings and a spa pool, to provide a secluded and elegant living space This is a truly unique and peaceful sanctuary, updated with contemporary facilities but retaining the ambience of its rural environment.
